Deirdre is a highly experienced and dedicated leader who has worked in a variety of industries including healthcare, finance, and non-profit. With over 25 years of experience, she has honed her skills in coaching, leadership development, and team building. Her coaching approach is collaborative and tailored to the individual needs of each client, allowing them to achieve their personal and professional goals. Deirdre is passionate about helping others to unlock their full potential and maximize their impact in their careers and beyond. She received her Bachelor's degree in Economics from Mount Holyoke College. Deirdre went on to study at EBS Universität für Wirtschaft und Recht before earning her MBA in Health Care & Strategy from Vanderbilt University.
Deirdre is a certified executive coach who received her training through the Hudson Institute which is an ICF credentialed certification program. She is a Global Talent Management Leader (GTML™) and a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner. In addition, Deirdre is a Certified Practitioner with both Hogan Assessments and Myers-Briggs Assessments as well as the Korn Ferry Learning Agility Coaching model and is certified to leverage the EQi Assessments with her clients providing a comprehensive suite of tools and assessments to leverage from which to best view the landscape of her client's leadership journey.
